Prepare the following before you start:
- Applicant photo: JPG, JPEG, or PNG passport-size photograph. Maximum file size: 100 KB. Larger images are resized to fit within 600×800 pixels.
- Signature: Clear signature on a light background as JPG, JPEG, or PNG. Maximum file size: 100 KB. Larger images are resized to fit within 400×150 pixels.
- 10th certificate: Scanned image as JPG, JPEG, or PNG only (not PDF). Maximum file size: 1.5 MB. Larger images are resized to fit within 2000×2800 pixels.
- 12th certificate: Scanned image as JPG, JPEG, or PNG only (not PDF). Maximum file size: 1.5 MB. Larger images are resized to fit within 2000×2800 pixels.
- Degree certificate: Scanned undergraduate degree or provisional certificate as JPG, JPEG, or PNG only (not PDF). Maximum file size: 1.5 MB. Larger images are resized to fit within 2000×2800 pixels.
- KMAT / CAT / CMAT certificate: Scorecard or hall ticket as JPG, JPEG, or PNG only (not PDF). Maximum file size: 1.5 MB. Larger images are resized to fit within 2000×2800 pixels. Required if you attended CAT, KMAT, or CMAT.
- Other certificates (if any): Optional supporting images (for example NSS, NCC, or achievements) as JPG, JPEG, or PNG only (not PDF). Maximum file size: 1.5 MB each. Larger images are resized to fit within 2000×2800 pixels. You may upload up to 5 files.
Upload clear, readable images only. PDF files are not accepted for certificates so they can be included in your application PDF. Blurry or incomplete documents may delay processing.
