Ms. Nithya S Nair is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Al Azhar College of Arts and Science. She completed her M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Mar Athanasious College for Advanced Studies,Thiruvalla (MACFAST) in 2024 under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. She graduated in B.Sc. Chemistry in 2022. After MSc. graduation, She has gained hands-on clinical laboratory experience at Believers Church Medical College Hospital, Tiruvalla working in a NABL-accredited laboratory setup.

She completed Food Safety Level 4 and HACCP Level 3 certifications, strengthening expertise in food safety management systems and regulatory compliance
