An Induction Programme was conducted for the First Year BCA students at Al-Azhar Engineering College on 24 and 25 July 2026 at 9:30 AM for the newly joined students. The two-day programme was organised to provide students with a positive and motivating beginning to their college life and to help them develop essential personal and professional skills.
The programme featured two resource persons, RJ Shambu, Malayalam Anchor and Radio Jockey, and Ms. Ashwathy Chinnu, Soft Skill Expert. Their sessions were highly interactive and engaging, creating an energetic and inspiring learning environment for the students.
The two-day programme provided students with opportunities to interact, participate, learn and build confidence in a friendly environment. The sessions highlighted the importance of effective communication, personality development, teamwork and professional skills, along with academic knowledge, in achieving personal and professional success.
