The Department of Microbiology, Al Azhar College of Arts and Science, organized a Mini Exhibition on 18th September 2023 in observance of International Microorganism Day. The programme was conducted in the II M. Com classroom with the objective of creating awareness about the significance of microorganisms and their role in various fields. The event showcased working models explaining microbial structure. Cultures of different microorganisms were also displayed, enabling participants to observe colony morphology and understand laboratory techniques used in microbiological studies. The Mini Exhibition successfully fulfilled its objective of spreading awareness about microbiology and highlighting the relevance of microorganisms in various sectors. The programme was informative, interactive, and well-received by the participants.
