LED Making Workshop PG DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS

PG Department of Physics, Al-Azhar College of Arts and Science, Thodupuzha conducted an LED Making Workshop on 29 th November 2021.During the workshop students were trained to make LED bulbs. The success of the program is that after the workshop we are able to make bulbs with low power consumption for the use of college. Engineer C.S.M Kumar gave training to the students. 29 students participated in the workshop and Dr. Somasekharan B Pillai distributed the certificate of appreciation. The workshop began with a formal meeting. The meeting was presided by Dr. Somasekharan B Pillai, Principal of Al-Azhar College of Arts and Science and inaugurated by Adv. Mijas, Managing director of Al-Azhar group of institutions. The program was coordinated and the welcome speech was delivered by Prof.Aniamma Mathew,HOD of Physics Department. The program was felicitated by Dr. Thomas Francis, VicePrincipal. A vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Shyam Krishnan, Assistant Professor, Science club coordinator. The program was received with good appreciation from the participants.
