Al Azhar College of Arts and Science celebrated Onam colourfully with a wide spectrum of programs on 02 September 2022. The day commenced with an official meeting presided over by Dr. Sasidharan V, the Principal. Ms. Nynu V Jamal, the Program Coordinator officially welcomed the dignitaries, and Adv KM Mijas, the Managing Director inaugurated the program. The Vice Principal Dr. Thomas Francis and the Dean of Students Services, Mrs. Pepsia Karim conveyed their onam messages. After the official closing of the meeting with the Vote of Thanks by Mr.Justin Mathew, various competitions including Pookalam, Onappattu, Tug of War, Musical Chair, Sundarikk pottu kutthu, Uriyadi and Lemon and Spoon followed by Ona Sandhya were conducted with the participation of innumerable students. The celebration ended at 5:10 pm, with the rhythm of Shinkarimelam that added colours to the success of the day.
